We don’t just focus on acquiring new furnishings and accessories, but
work with what the client already owns to make use of treasured items they’ve
collected over time. We’ll gladly
shop at high-end retail or thrift stores to help achieve the look the client
envisions. This flexibility ensures
that high-quality, cost-competitive services are provided to meet the demands of
the high desert market.

 | Room Resolutions in Colorado Springs recently partnered with D.A.
McLain Designs to decorate a domestic violence women’s shelter.
We
were able to provide a greatly enhanced environment in their new location
with fun and innovative rooms for the children and teens, soothing but rich
colors and welcoming interiors for the women, and comfortable and functional
offices for the staff.

McLain Designs is working closely with a client in Apple Valley on a
whole-house makeover. We’re
currently finalizing the design and installation of a new fireplace surround
in the bedroom. We’ll then be
moving on to redesigning the lighting throughout the house. Paint
selections have been made for some of the rooms with more to come.
Finally, draperies and additional furnishings will be decided upon.

McLain Designs was hired by High Desert Party Rentals to redesign their
showroom. Their
showroom is the first place that clients see and needed to have a more
focused and polished look. With
just a few furniture and appliance rearrangements, their showroom now
promotes the image of the company.

| Consultations
are one of the key services provided by D.A. McLain Designs. We’ve recently
helped several homeowners with solutions for furniture placement in home
offices and common areas, paints selections, accessorizing and pot shelf
decorating, and art selection, placement and hanging.

Interiors recently partnered with D.A. McLain Designs to decorate a set of
model homes in Wasco, CA. The model interiors were designed to attract the interest of the buyers
in the local market with themes ranging from country chic to western to
seashore cottage. The furniture,
artwork and accessories were used to enhance the home’s design and placed
for optimum impact to encourage visitors to purchase the homes.

Designs. Clients
appreciate our ability to reuse the furniture, artwork, and accessories they
already own to enhance the look and feel of their interiors.
We’ll also provide guidance on additional furnishings needed to
finish the look and fill in any holes in their décor.
